Mô tả công việc
- Create test plans, build test cases/scenarios, and prepare test data.
- Perform testing for software projects on various platforms, including Web and Mobile Applications.
- Manage, analyze, and monitor test results; summarize and report testing outcomes to the management team.
- Draft and maintain user manuals and product guides
- Coordinate closely with the Development, Deployment, and Sales/Business departments to ensure project quality
- Assist customers with technical issues during product utilization
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Professional QA certifications are a plus.
- Have 6 months to 1 year of experience working as a Manual Tester.
- Proficient in writing Test Cases, Test Plans, and understanding software testing processes.
- Working with test management and bug tracking tools (Jira, Redmine, etc.).
- Strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills in English for technical documentation.
- Logical thinking, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and defect detection abilities.
