Responsible the Sales target set for the business.
Follow up project from beginning to closing sales, payment collection.
Establish and develop a close relationship with the developers, architect, consultants, main contractors and sub-contractors.
Meet and work with Architect on product presentation/ technical recommendation and specification.
Prepares and presents quotation/ tender and acquires customer orders.
Involved in Sales strategy & sales planning, sales forecast, implement marketing plans and sales activities. Identifying new opportunities for business & growth.
Support and implement company sales and marketing programs, and product introductions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: 1 year (not mandatory, candidate will be trained).
Knowledge about constructions fields can be an advantage.
Good network in Building and Construction Industry is preferable.
Fluent English skill (both speaking & written).
Good presentation & communication skills.
Ability to work actively and independently.
Working full day: 8.00a.m - 5.00p.m from Monday to Saturday morning.
Location: Ha Noi
