Key Responsibilities
- Lead presales activities from requirement discovery, solution design to proposal and client presentation.
- Work with Sales, BA, SA and Delivery teams to design suitable AI/technology solutions for customers.
- Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into solution scope, architecture and implementation approach.
- Prepare solution proposals, WBS, estimation, commercials, risks and delivery assumptions.
- Develop and present technical proposals, solution demos and prototypes to customers.
- Support RFP/RFQ/tender activities and solution negotiations.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/LLM, Agent, RPA and Automation solutions to enterprise use cases.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams throughout the presales and deal-closing process.
- Support solution validation, PoC and prototype development using modern AI and low-code tools.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in Presales, Solution Consulting, Senior BA or Solution Architect.
- Strong experience selling/delivering solutions for Banking, Finance, Insurance, Fintech or Large Enterprise.
- Strong domain knowledge in at least one: Core Banking, Payment/QR/NAPAS, Lending, Collections, KYC/eKYC, AML, ERP Integration, RPA/Automation.
- Experience owning end-to-end proposals: Solution Design, Scope, WBS, Estimation, Risk & Commercials.
- Strong fixed-cost estimation & proposal/bid experience; proven track record of winning deals.
- Good technical understanding: API, System Integration, Cloud/On-prem, Security & NFR.
- Working knowledge of AI/LLM & Agent solutions: RAG, Tool Calling, Agent Orchestration, Evaluation, Guardrails, Human-in-the-loop.
- Hands-on experience building/steering prototypes using Claude Code, Cursor, v0, Lovable, n8n or similar.
- Good English for proposal writing & client communication; Vietnamese native-level.
- Willing to travel between HN/HCM and customer sites.
Nice to Have
- Ex-delivery background (SA, Dev, BA, PM) before moving to presales.
- Experience with Vietnamese enterprise/SOE tender processes.
- Sold or delivered RPA / process automation / document AI.
- Certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, PMP, CBAP.
