Mô tả công việc
Collect, analyze and clarify requirements from clients and internal departments
Act as a bridge between clients and the development team to ensure accurate communication of requirements
Work closely with Developers and Testers to explain requirements and provide support during product development and testing
Prepare requirement documents (BRD, SRS, User Stories, ...) and use modeling tools (Wireframes, Flowcharts, ...) to present requirements clearly
Track, respond and coordinate in handling issues or requirement changes during and after implementation
Participate in business process improvement and propose optimal solutions for clients and internal teams
Support in resolving arising issues and managing requirement changes

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's or College degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
6 months - 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (experience in PropTech, Fintech, E-commerce projects is a plus)
Solid understanding of software analysis and development processes (preferably with Agile/Scrum)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Figma, ...
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
Good communication, presentation and documentation skills
Proactive, eager to learn, good team player and able to manage work independently
6 months - 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (experience in PropTech, Fintech, E-commerce projects is a plus)

Attractive Salary: 9,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month based on experience and potential
2-month probation with full support and clear evaluation criteria
