We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Designer to join our team in delivering premium visual experiences across both print and digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs for marketing materials, social media, and in-store communication, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and campaign objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH.
Develop & create attractive designs for both print and digital media, including leaflet/ POP A4-A5/ Standee, social media and advertising on Facebook, Google, other media channels with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the internal team.
Understand best practices for social media, web, and email including how to create successful, engaging design for each platform.
Conceptualize Campaign vision, harness original graphics, copy, website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Manage quality of visual products.
Independently lead visual projects as assigned by Manager.
Get feedback and evaluation from the internal team and partners to enhance visual services.
Comply with standard working process, defined project working plan, communication, feedback, and reporting rules.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Thiết kế các ấn phẩm hấp dẫn cho cả nền tảng in ấn và kỹ thuật số: tờ rơi, POSM (A4-A5), standee, bài đăng mạng xã hội, quảng cáo Facebook, Google và các kênh truyền thông khác... theo định hướng, timeline và yêu cầu từ nội bộ.
Nắm vững quy chuẩn thiết kế phù hợp từng nền tảng: mạng xã hội, website, email marketing.
Phối hợp phát triển ý tưởng chiến dịch, khai thác đồ họa gốc, nội dung, website, mạng xã hội và các tài liệu marketing khác.
Quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm thiết kế.
Chủ động dẫn dắt các dự án thiết kế được giao.
Lấy phản hồi từ nội bộ và đối tác để cải thiện chất lượng thiết kế.
Tuân thủ quy trình làm việc, kế hoạch dự án, nguyên tắc giao tiếp - phản hồi - báo cáo.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities and design expertise
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
Ability to work independently and proactively seek feedback to refine designs and improve performance
A strong eye for visual composition
