Introduce the value of Synergix ERP solutions to prospective customers.
Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements.
Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments for the Sales team.
Follow up with prospects and update outreach activities in the system.
Achieve KPIs related to outreach activities, qualified leads, and appointments.
Collaborate closely with the Sales team and provide feedback on market responses.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good English reading and writing skills.
Confident and comfortable communicating with customers via phone calls, email, LinkedIn, messaging platforms, and other digital channels.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Proactive, persistent, and target-oriented, with a willingness to follow up consistently with prospects.
Good research and information-gathering skills.
Willingness to learn about ERP and business software.
No prior ERP or software experience required; training will be provided.

13th and 14th-month gross salary bonuses, depending on individual performance and the company's business performance.
Insurance coverage in accordance with Vietnamese labor law (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance), plus PVI healthcare insurance.
Salary reviews twice a year.
