1、 针对公司主要业务,掌握流程要求,并协助各部门进行风险识别与评估,确定关键控
制点。
2、 独立执行内部控制穿行测试和控制测试,评估控制设计的有效性和运行的有效性;对
内控缺陷进行定性、定量评估,并分析其根本原因;
3、 就发现的内控缺陷与相关业务部门沟通,提出改进建议;跟踪内控缺陷的整改落实情
况,验证整改效果,形成闭环管理。
4、 参与或主导特定的专项自检项目,在必要时,参与对舞弊或异常事项的内部调查。
5、 负责本区域内控组织建设与能力提升,能够对业务内控知识赋能,并提供内控咨询和
支持,持续提升管理者及员工的内控意识与能力
6、 协助准备内控相关的汇报材料,面向管理层汇报
1. For the company's main business, understand the process requirements, assist each department in identifying and assessing risks, and determine key control points.
2. Independently perform internal control walkthrough tests and control tests, and assess the effectiveness of control design and operation. Qualitatively and quantitatively assess internal control defects and analyze their root causes.
3. Communicate with relevant business departments about the identified internal control defects and provide improvement suggestions. Track the implementation of internal control defect rectification, verify the rectification effect, and ensure closed-loop management.
4. Participate in or lead specific self-check projects, and participate in internal investigations into fraud or abnormal events when necessary.
5. Be responsible for the construction and capability improvement of internal control organizations in the region, provide internal control knowledge enablement and consulting and support for business departments, and continuously improve the internal control awareness and capabilities of managers and employees.
6. Assist in preparing internal control-related reporting materials and report to the management.

1. Have a good command of the basic knowledge and methodologies of internal control and risk management.
2. Background in Business, Finance or related.
3. Be proficient in both Chinese and English.
4. Good communication skills (such as good cross-functional driving capability); strong learning ability and sense of responsibility
